“Transform Ternitz” accompanies the future development of the Dreiersiedlung, a former workers’ settlement in the Lower Austrian municipality of Ternitz. Interested residents and local actors can take an active role in the development of the settlement, participate and bring their needs, interests and talents into the conception and implementation of specific measures for the settlement.

Experts from architecture, landscape planning, energy and building physics, as well as community work support the housing association Schwarzatal, who owns the settlement, in the development of future-oriented concepts – for contemporary living, attractive green spaces, sustainable energy solutions and a lively neighbourhood.

The experience gained from the process is also passed on to interested stakeholders.
